Make your own, self-produced video to your favorite SHOES song and post it on YouTube between July 4th, 2009 and September 7th, 2009. Then notify us of your video posting by emailing your YouTube video address link to; ShoeTube Video Contest and you're entered! We will feature links to all submissions here on the Black Vinyl Records website.

The video with the most "views" by 10am CST November 1, 2009, as determined by YouTube's on-site counter, will be declared the winner!

WHAT YOU'LL WIN; The winner will receive autographed copies of the complete library of Shoes CDs on Black Vinyl Records including the "Yuletunes" Christmas compilation CD, Jeff Murphy's solo CD, "Cantilever" and the Japanese CD3 promo single of "If You Want My Love You Got It". The winner will also receive an autographed, hand-draw caricature portrait (from your supplied photo) by John Murphy and an autographed copy of Jeff's book "Birth of A Band, The Record Deal and the Making of Present Tense"!

Enter as many videos as you like, there's no limit (each video is considered a separate entry)! So pick your favorite Shoes tune, use your imagination and be creative! Clay-mation, stop-action, cartoon illustration, documentary-style or any other video style you choose.

Any video entered before or after these contest dates is ineligable! Any video using copyright-infringing material, not owned by the contestant is ineligable. Any video deemed offensive will be ineligable.
